No Bake Peach Chiffon Pie is light, delicious, and super simple to make! Perfect for summer cookouts or anytime you’re craving peaches!
My mother-in-law first made this pie. I loved how light and refreshing it was – the perfect summer dessert.
The best part is, though, it takes only five minutes to whip up and then about 30Â minutes in the fridge to set up. Really, it doesn’t get any easier than that.
Another great thing about this pie is it’s extremely flexible. When my mother-in-law made this pie, she made the strawberry variety. But I found that you can adapt the basic recipe to all sorts of flavors.
Since peaches are one of my favorite summer fruits, I thought making this a peach recipe would be a delicious twist. The chopped pieces of peaches in the filling add a bit of texture and natural sweetness to each bite.
The filling is oh, so very light and airy. You can see how tall and voluminous it is. It’s perfect for those times when you’re sweet tooth is craving dessert but you don’t want anything heavy.
Plus, you can indulge in a nice sized piece of pie without feeling so guilty. *wink, wink*
Remember how I said this recipe is adaptable? Well, you can also cut down on the sugar. Simply swap your favorite sugar-free variety of the ingredients. I used to make this all the time for my diabetic grandmother by doing this. I didn’t even miss the sugar.
And, the recipe calls for fresh fruit, but, if the fruit isn’t in season in your region, or if you don’t have any on hand, you can easily add the canned variety. It will still taste great.
This pie is a staple summer dessert at our house. I hope it is at your house too!
