Although the last couple of days have been chilly and windy, Arizona has been super warm lately and we have been spending a lot of time playing outside and relaxing in the pool. I love to snack on vegetables when it is nice outside, but I also love to dip them in something yummy. I found Jalapeno Ranch Dressing at Closet Cooking and have made it twice now. It is fresh, tasty, and the perfect addition to a veggie tray. It has a twist on traditional ranch dressings and it has been a big hit with everyone that has tried it. I first made it when my brother and his family came out for Easter and then again last week when my friend and her two boys came over to go swimming. I have doubled and tripled the recipe and it disappeared quickly both times. Not only is Jalapeno Ranch Dressing delicious, but it is also really easy to make. I will be making this dip many times this summer!

This sounds really yummy for my jalapenos out of the garden this year. Do you have any idea of the calories and serving size?
