3 Day Refresh Results

Back in July, I wrote a post looking for women who were interested in participating in a 3 day cleanse test group. Well, the results are in! Two of the ladies from our group, Rachel and Jaime, were kind enough to share photos of their results so that you could see how it went!

To give you some background, the 3 Day Refresh is a cleanse that you do for 3 days. Unlike a lot of cleanses out there though, you are allowed to eat with the 3 Day Refresh. There are several options for both lunch and dinner, all vegetarian, to go with the protein shakes and other supplements you use.

Here’s what our ladies ate/drank for each of the 3 days:

  • Breakfast: Shakeology and fruit
  • Mid-Morning: Fiber Sweep drink
  • Lunch: Vanilla Fresh protein shake and a lunch meal option
  • Mid-Afternoon: Veggie option
  • Dinner: Vanilla Fresh protein shake and a dinner meal option
  • Herbal tea as desired
  • Lots of water!

And the results are in! We’ll go alphabetical and start with Jaime. 🙂

Jaime took her measurements and before photos the day before starting the cleanse.

Weight: 177.9 lbs
Waist: 38 in
Hips: 46.5 in
Bust: 36.5 in
Arm: 12.5 in
Thigh: 27 in
And here are her results after just THREE days!
Weight: 174.3 lbs
Waist: 37 3/4 in
Hips: 45.5 in
Bust: 36 in
Arm: 12.5 in
Thigh: 26.5 in
That’s a total loss of 3.6 lbs and 2.75 inches. 😀 Crazy, right??

Rachel took her measurements and before photos as well.
Weight: 164.7 lbs
Waist: 43 in
Hips: 46 in
Bust: 38 in
Arm: 12 in
Thigh: 22 in
And here are her results:
Weight: 162.3 lbs
Waist: 41.5 in
Hips: 44.5 in
Bust: 37 in
Arm: Right: 11.75 in, Left: 11.5 in
Thigh: Right: 20 in, Left: 21 in
That’s a total of 2.4 lbs and 7.75 inches! Major kudos to her!!

Please give these ladies some love in the comments. I know it wasn’t always easy to stick to the plan, but since it was only for 3 days, they made it happen. And I KNOW they were proud of themselves.
Some of their comments:
“Feeling lighter today than I have in a long time.”
“I definitely feel lighter and less bloated.”
“Finding that I really like keeping track of how much water I’ve had. It’s a nice motivation!”
And since then? Both ladies have continued to drink more water and have continued to eat clean, healthy foods that nourish their bodies. The pounds are still coming off!
I am so blessed to have been given the chance to work with such amazing women and to help them reach a goal. Better still, we continue to stay in touch!
