Hi Kelly!I apologize but I have not made this in my slow cooker. But you”ve intrigued me to give it a try! I”ll have to work on a slow cooker version of this recipe. Let me know if you do make it in a slow cooker and how it turns out.

Lovely recipes all of them! I have already tried two of your recipes: Instant Pot Korean Beef and Pressure Cooker Chicken and Rice. Both turned out mind blowing and did not even take much of my time. I can’t wait to try more of your recipes. If you get your hands on more of such recipes, please share them too.

Looking to purchase instant pots and am happy that you were able to make a list and place the pros and cons. This would definitely help me in making more informed choices. Gosh there are so many models to choose from. I hope to buy the one that I would get the most bang for the buck. Thanks for this!

Absolutely! I know exactly what you’re going through though I have the research till my brain hurts when it comes to buying certain gadgets. Whichever choice you make I’m sure it will be a great one.

I’m new to the wonderful world of pressure cooking and ended up here. Though I will absolutely try the recipe, it was your ‘sermon’ that really touched me. I’m going through the same struggle with my non profit one year in. Your cheerleading hit at just the right moment! We must do the things we love and believe that the hard work will pay off in both expected and unexpected ways. Hang in there. Love your blog!
