I’ve put together a weekly meal plan and shopping list to make the week a bit easier! I’ve got dinner for 7 nights planned so you don’t have to worry!
Well we missed a week but I was on vacation with the family and had to skip a week. We had a great time in Florida at Disney World and then seeing family! My parents both worked at the Magic Kingdom and that’s where they met. It was so fun to take my kids to a place that was such a huge part of my childhood. Plus, it’s always fun to go to Disney!
MEAL #1 BACON JALAPENO BAKED POTATO SOUP
There has been so much snow on the ground all across the country (but not here in Oregon) that I had to make sure we had soup in this week’s meal plan served in a fresh baked bread bowl! Bacon Jalapeno Baked Potato Soup will warm the entire family as you look out over mounds of snow!
MEAL #2 BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN
Baked Chicken Parmesan is one of my husband’s favorite dinners and this is his birthday week so of course it’s on the menu! It’s such an easy meal to make but everyone loves it. I mean how can you go wrong with breaded chicken covered in sauce and cheese?!
MEAL #3 CROCK POT CREAMY SPAGHETTI
Make a change to your spaghetti night and try out Crock Pot Creamy Spaghetti! You can’t get much easier than a crock pot dinner! We all love spaghetti in my house and I think most kids do!
MEAL #4 EASY RANCH CHICKEN TACOS
Ranch is a hit with all kids and when you mix it with these chicken tacos you get a flavor that no one can say no to. You will want to make a double batch as soon as you taste them! It’s hard to stop eating once you’ve had a taste!
MEAL #5 GARDEN FRESH CAPRESE TURKEY BURGER
We’re craving the summer after our trip to Florida and so I’m making some Garden Fresh Caprese Turkey Burgers! I need some fresh summer in my life and I don’t think I’m alone. I love the huge slice of melted mozzarella cheese topped with a ripe red tomato and fresh basil!
MEAL #6 PULLED PORK SANDWICH
I’ve been craving Pulled Pork Sandwiches lately. I had quite a few while on vacation but I could still use more. I love the crunchy sweetness of the cole slaw on top of the sweet barbecue pork. It’s one of my favorite flavors and I have to have it again!
MEAL #7 SLOW COOKER TACO CHILI
Slow Cooker Taco Chili will warm up everyone in the house on those cold snowy nights! It has the delicious flavor of a chili filled with beans and meat but with the seasoning of tacos! I love to finish it off with my favorite taco toppings and then the next day you can use the leftover to make Macho Taco Chili Nachos for a snack or lunch!
