Meal Plan for the Week of February 1st!
You guys! I’m so excited to be starting a weekly meal plan!!! It’s something that I’ve been thing about a lot lately and really trying do myself. I’ve never been good at sticking long term to a meal plan so I think that by doing this it’ll help me stick to it too! Each week, on Sunday, we’ll bring you a weeks worth of dinner ideas and a printable with the meals and a shopping list. Keep in mind that the shopping list will assume you keep some staples like salt, pepper and so on. 🙂
If you have any ideas for dishes that you’d like to see on an upcoming menu plan or any other suggestions make sure to leave a comment down below. As the week goes on snap a quick pic of dinner and your menu plan to tell us how it’s going. Be sure to tag those awesome food pics with #RHFood so we can follow along!
Alright here we go!
Meal #1 Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken
I love Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken for so many reasons! First, It’s crazy easy, I mean there are only 5 ingredients and I usually have them in my house at all times! Second, everyone loves it! I don’t have to bargain or negotiate with anyone at my table to eat. Plates are eaten clean willingly! I would serve this on Monday or any day when you think you may feel a bit run down at the end of the day!
Meal #2 Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos are an old staple recipe of mine. It’s a very early recipe addition to Real Housemoms but still a great one! The chicken is sort of braised in the Crock Pot in chicken stock and onions until it’s cooked through, moist and unbelievably good! It’s also the easiest recipe ever!!! I made it all the time when I still worked outside the house because it came together in minutes. I always make a double batch so that the extras can become another dinner that week easily and that’s exactly what I have planned for this week. So be sure to make a double!
Meal #3 Skinny Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
I first made Skinny Creamy Chicken Enchiladas last year. These guys totally taste like an indulgence with the creamy sauce but they’re not! The seem like they’ve taken forever to make and will impress your friends and family. They’ll be amazed that after the long busy day you’ve had you’re able to pull such an amazing dinner together. Only you have to know that you used leftover chicken from Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos!
Meal #4 Ham & Pineapple Pasta Bake
I don’t really know what needs to be said besides Ham and Pineapple Pasta Bake! I mean just look at the cheesy, pasta goodness above! This pasta bake is perfect for Hawaiian pizza lovers everywhere. Ham and pineapple were meant to be eaten together and adding cheese and pasta to the party just makes it killer!
Meal #5 Slow Cooker Pizza Sloppy Joes
Fridays call for pizza and easy! You can make Slow Cooker Pizza Sloppy Joes any day of the week that you want, but for my money Fridays call for easy and pizza! Just look at how delicious that is! Ooey gooey melted cheese running all over the pepperoni goodness all on a bun! Yes ma’am, I’m in!
Meal #6 Bacon & Chicken Pinwheels
Bacon and Chicken Pinwheels have been a household staple recipe since I was a kid. My mom was the first to make them and then I started when I had my family! These guys are soo good. As a kid I loved them because they’re pinwheels and they have bacon. As and adult I love them because they are pinwheels and have bacon! Not only that but I’ve come to learn that she got the recipe from an old Cooking Light magazine back in the 90’s, so even better!
Meal #7 Perfectly Moist Pork Loin
Years ago I got a Costco coupon for a garlic and onion pork loin. I purchased said pork loin, roasted it and my family proceeded to have for the first time one of our favorite roasts!!! Since then I’ve figured out how to make it myself and I shared that Perfectly Moist Pork Loin with you here. We have this all the time and I make sure to stock the freezer up with pork loins to roast anytime they’re on sale!
Alight! Make sure to grab your shopping list and menu plan printable down below. I can’t wait to see how yours turn out this week. Don’t forget to tag those pics #RHFood so we can see how it’s going!

Hi, this menu looks delicious! I just love all your recipes, but none of the instructions are showing up on any pages and I was wondering why?
Real Housemoms JK says
