Ingredients
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 ounce lemon lime soda
- Crushed ice
- Maraschino cherries for serving
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the pineapple juice, coconut rum, cranberry juice, and soda. Put the lid on and shake vigorously. (Be careful because the soda will fizz up.)
- Fill a Collins glass or a large wine glass with crushed ice. Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Place some maraschino cherries on a cocktail pick and place it on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately.
