Ingredients
Whipped Cream:
- 1 Cup Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Cheesecake:
- 8 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 10 ounces Cherry Pie Filling
- 5 Butter Cookies - crushed
Instructions
- Whipped Cream:
- Using whisk attachment, whip heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Whip to soft peaks then set aside.
- Cheesecake:
- Whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream and vanilla until smooth.
- Reserve some whipped cream for topping and gently fold the remaining whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- Assembly:
- Layer serving dishes with crushed cookies, whipped cheesecake, cherry filling and whipped cream.
- Serve cold.
