Crock Pot Crunchy Pecan Apple Cobbler is a warm and totally delicious apple cobbler that you make your slow cooker in no time at all! Just toss all the ingredients in and give it a couple hours!

This delicious Crock Pot Crunchy Pecan Apple Cobbler is topped with an amazing streusel made out of cereal! Crazy right? But it makes it so easy. You just toss it all in the slow cooker and let it do its thing for a couple hours. I love easy crock pot recipes, for example, this 7-minute prep crock pot bread is one of my faves for the same reason…so easy. And don’t let the ease fool you, it tastes great too. It is like the best gift the world can give you…ease and flavor. But I can’t neglect to mention the smell. As this thing cooks, the whole house will smell absolutely delicious. It will be filled with the aroma of baking apples, cinnamon, and other deliciousness that you won’t be able to resist. So, if like me, you decide to snitch a little before it is fully done, I won’t tell!

And when you bite into that first warm bite, and the flavors dance with your taste buds, chances are you will want to send me a little thank you note. I understand. No note necessary. But if you should happen to decide to top this delicious cobbler with a scoop of ice cream, and you see that creamy goodness melt into your cobbler, with rivulets of sweet cream, and you drool a little, and maybe have to change your shirt, don’t blame me. Mmmkay?

The crunch of the pecans, the warmth, the soft tender cobbler, and the cooked apples make this one of those way too easy recipe that you can’t wait to share.

And if you are looking for a totally spectacular, and mouthwatering dinner to serve this dessert with, look no further. Check out this Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff recipe too. If you have two slow cookers you could make dinner and dessert at the same time for a totally low mess, high flavor dinner.

Mixing Bowl: These mixing bowls get used just about every day at my house. The grip handle makes them easy to hold and the pour spout makes them perfect for batters!
