These CRANBERRY BRIE CUPS are just about as easy an appetizer as you can get, and they are so beautiful and delicious!
So I love entertaining . . . in theory. I love the idea of my house being super clean, having this great spread of food out for people to come over and enjoy, everyone has a great time, and everyone leaves and there is not one single moment where I’m stressed or cursing the Party Gods for making me think I could pull this off.
Obviously that’s not how it goes at all, but since I like to get as close to that as possible, I like to come up with appetizers and snacks that are super easy. I like it even better when the prep work can be done ahead of time and then I can just pull it out when my guests get there.
Guys! That’s these!! They are literally four ingredients, and they are super delicious. I first tried the brie-cranberry combo with my Cranberry Brie Crescent Braid, and I was totally hooked. It’s so delicious and it definitely belongs as part of your holidays!
Ingredients
- 1 oz brie cheese
- ⅓ cup cranberry sauce
- 15 mini fillo shells found in the freezer section
- ½ tbsp orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Fill each fillo shell (straight from the freezer is fine), with a small amount of brie and a little topping of cranberry sauce. Bake for 5 minutes.
