These TURKEY DINNER BITES have all of the flavors of Thanksgiving dinner in a single bite!
Thanksgiving is coming and you know what that means? Food, food, and more food….and lots of leftovers. Do you guys eat leftovers? I love them but Melinda isn’t crazy about them, mainly because who wants to eat the same thing over and over again? So we were sitting around talking about Thanksgiving dinner, and what we were going to make this year, you know us always planning ahead!, and we came up with a super easy, super delicious way to use all of those Thanksgiving leftovers. Do you remember that episode of Friends where Ross and Monica talk about the day after Thanksgiving sandwich that they love so much? It’s full of everything that makes Thanksgiving dinner amazing, all between two pieces of bread. Well, we came up with a simple appetizer that is a complete turkey dinner in one little bite. Bite-size AND it tastes like a complete Thanksgiving dinner? Yes, please!
You can use any ingredients from your Thanksgiving dinner but I’m going to tell you what my favorite combination is. We started with phyllo cups and layered in mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing, and gravy. Then we baked them for 10 minutes and topped them with cranberry sauce. OMG, they were so good! I may have eaten more than I should. What can I say that’s what Thanksgiving is all about!
Ingredients
- 1 package Phyllo Cups

I think these would make great little appetizers for holiday parties between Thanksgiving and Christmas. You can just freeze some of your leftovers and take them out and use them for your Christmas party. Everyone loves a second chance at a turkey dinner and the cranberry sauce on top makes them so pretty. Your guests are going to love them!
