Monkeylada Martinis are tropical, delicious, refreshing, and fun! Perfect for summer!
Living in Missouri has its perks…and also its pitfalls. I love Saint Louis, but I wish we weren’t landlocked!! During our long and HOT Summers, I always wish there was a quick walk to a beach to cool off. I made this Monkeylada Martinis as a way to bring the beach to ME!! Tropical, delicious, refreshing, and fun!! They remind me of vacations somewhere tropical. It will have to hold me over until our next trip!
Tropical flavors are just made for martinis. The blend of fresh pineapple and banana mixed with coconut milk…PERFECTION! Make it with our without rum to really bring the party to your homemade tropical paradise!
I garnished with some banana and fresh mint. A little extra zing never hurts. Enjoy!
