GINGER APPLE FIZZ is a delicious mocktail everyone loves!
We have a number of apple trees on our property. It seems that every other year, our trees produce an incredible amount of fruit.
This year was one of those years. We have apples out the wazoo. The branches were nearly touching the ground because they were so heavy with fruit.
One of the things you can do, when you have an abundant apple year, is press them for cider. There are several cider mills around us that will do that for you. It’s a great way to take advantage of autumn’s bounty.
One of my favorite drinks to make with apple cider is this Ginger Apple Fizz.
I usually make a big pitcher of this Ginger Apple Fizz for Thanksgiving so the kids can have a mocktail. Who am I kidding?! The adults love this drink too.
It’s light, refreshing, and super easy to make. And, I just love the combination of apples and ginger.
Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- ¼ cup ginger ale
- ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- In a pitcher, combine apple cider and ginger.
- Slowly stir in ginger ale.
