Garlic and Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower | Real Housemoms

I love roasted vegetables, especially cauliflower. There is something about roasting that really brings out the flavor of the cauliflower.

I had never had roasted cauliflower before until I was an adult. I tried it when we went to a local mediterranean restaurant, and it tasted amazing! I never knew cauliflower could taste like that. I had to make that and home.

You can’t believe how easy this is to make and yet it has so much flavor. It requires only 5 ingredients (excluding salt and pepper). Toss everything together, spread it out on a baking sheet, and then let the oven do all the work. The hardest part is waiting for it to finish baking.

Be sure to try roasting other vegetables as well, such as asparagus, broccoli, or sweet potatoes. I love roasted asparagus as you can tell in my other post. However, my favorite roasted vegetable is cauliflower.

For which occasion will you make this Garlic Parmesan Oven Roasted Cauliflower?

I make roasted cauliflower a lot because it’s heavenly! But I usually just do it with some olive oil and salt. I bet the garlic and parm make this even better. Yum!

I love cauliflower with just olive oil and salt also. However, I also love garlic and parmesan. So I think it takes the roasted cauliflower over the top!

I have never tried roasting cauliflower. It looks delicious! I’m wondering about the smell while it’s baking. I recently tried a crock pot recipe for cheesy cauliflower. It tasted good, but the whole house stunk while the cauliflower was slowly cooking all day. We had to open windows and doors. We love cauliflower, but I usually cook it on the stove and it’s done in less than 10 minutes…not enough time to stink too bad, and I always thought it was just the broccoli that stunk. Can you tell me if it stinks up the house to bake cauliflower over a 40 minute period? I may just have to try it before it gets too cold outside to open doors and windows! Your recipe sounds great!

No. It does not stink up the house. The roasting process is much shorter than a slow cooker. The recipe tastes delicious and smells great.

These sound yummy. Thinking about taking this to a Christmas party – how good are they at room temperature or should they be eaten as soon as I’m done roasting them?

Hi, I hope you made these. I recommend serving these hot out of the oven.
