Boozy Watermelon Pops are sweet adult-only watermelon popsicles spiked with watermelon flavored vodka!
One of my very favorite things to make for the kids in the summertime is popsicles. The prep is quick and easy and the kids love them!
We eat a lot of fruit, but occasionally the kids will only eat half of their apple, leave a few bites of their banana, or not finish off an entire watermelon before it goes bad. I was always taught the old saying “Waste not, want not”, so naturally I keep all of those bites of this and that in the fridge until there’s enough to make some popsicles!

It wasn’t until recently when I was browsing Pinterest that I got the idea to make popsicles for the adults, too. Don’t get me wrong, I like the occasional popsicle sans booze, but I always have the kids in mind when I make them. Momma does likes a little sip of something “spirited” on a hot day in the sun once in a while, too, though!
We were recently gifted a watermelon and after we ate it two or three times, there was still some leftover. I decided to try my hand at some adult-only popsicles and came up with these sweet, delicious, cool you off on a hot day popsicles. Make them for your next summer party!

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon seeded
- 1/2 cup watermelon vodka
- 1/4 cup club soda
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend well.
- Pour the watermelon mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
For extra boozy popsicles, omit the club soda and substitute it with more vodka. For non-alcoholic pops, use club soda in place of the vodka.
You can use up to 1/4 cup sugar depending on how sweet your watermelon is.
