Cool down this summer with these sweet, refreshing, and healthy Berries & Cream Popsicles!
I have been fortunate enough to live most of my life where it is lush and green but it comes with a price– hot and humid summers. If you live in the same climate you know how terrible it is to step out of your 72 degree air conditioned home and into a sauna where you instantly start sweating and your hair starts to frizz. You start to ask yourself why you even bothered to do your hair let alone take a shower. I have to say, it is really nice for swimming. And it’s perfect for enjoying an ice cream or some refreshing Berries & Cream Popsicles!

My kiddos LOVE popsicles. I swear they ask for them 5 times a day, including right when they wake up. The best part about these Berries & Cream Popsicles is that I don’t feel bad about letting them eat one every day because they’re actually quite healthy. Way better for them than fruit snacks!
These babies are made up of delicious berries, milk, a bit of honey, and non-fat Greek yogurt, pretty similar to a smoothie! So yeah, a pretty healthy snack that will put a smile on those cute little faces. It sure did for my kids and brought them running back, begging for more.
Have you ever made your own popsicles? Even if you don’t have a mold you still can! Little paper cups will do the trick just as well as a mold and are a fun new shape for your kids to get their mouths around. But honestly, popsicles are a bit messy to eat. I mean, at what age is it that you finally start to eat a popsicle correctly and aren’t wearing half of it by the end? Well, until my kids learn, I make them eat it outside or I poke the sick of the popsicle into a napkin to catch and absorb the drips. At least they’re happy!

Tools used to make this Berries & Cream Popsicle recipe
Blender:Â I love this blender! I use it to make everything from smoothies to soups. It can handle anything I throw at it and the puree comes out smooth.
Popsicle mold: We make popsicles all summer long and this popsicle mold is the best one we’ve ever had. Each pop can be taken out individually and they’re easy to clean!

Hi!
How would I use sugar substitute instead of honey for these? They look so wonderful!
Aubrey Cota says
Sugar substitute can be pretty sweet and honestly is depends on which sugar substitute you choose to use. It may be best to google when you decide.

I cannot tell you how thrilled I was to have found strawberries at our local farmers market last week! They were the best tasting strawberries too! My one year old son Auren at a whole pint on the way from the market. My 3-year-old daughter, Naomi has been asking me to make popsiclez for weeks so we through a few ingredients together to make these Strawberries and Cream Popsicle. Both of my kids love these!
