With just three ingredients, this super quick and easy apple brie bruschetta is perfect for unexpected guests or an impromptu evening with your special someone!
It seems as if it’s been forever since we last visited. We had a rough go last month when my MIL passed {sort of} unexpectedly. She had been ill for some time, and we knew she didn’t have long, however, we thought we had more time than we did. Healing has been quite a mix of emotions, but I am soo happy to visit with you all again.
Let’s talk easy, okay? Um, as in easy to prepare food. I am a huge fan of mains, sides, and desserts that are quick and easy to make, but my favorite thing ever is an awesome appetizer. If you told me I had to eat simple appetizers for dinner every night for the rest of my life, you wouldn’t hear me complain. True story.
In fact, many times when Mr. Disorganized and I go out I often order them as my meal. Yes, they’re really meant for sharing, which is totally fine, if you’re into that sort of thing {clearly I am not}.
I’m also a fan of bread and cheese, the expensive kind. That’s why this apple brie bruschetta is so perfect for me. I get to have what I love and the slice of apple helps me not feel too bad about all that bread and cheese.
