I don’t have children a young enough to send off to school. But I needed more breakfast ideas. I especially like the dishes that have chocolate in them. I have found that if I use cocoa and just a little sugar, most recipes for muffins or cookies pick up the flavor without the fat of chocolate chips. I also use powdered flavored coffee and capuchinso mixes as flavoring, as well as things like hazelnut or French vanilla “syrups” which are just flavoring and water, no calories. I do like variety, and this posting had given me lots of ideas.
