Peanut Butter & Jelly Popcorn is a delicious snack. My son has played baseball for three years, but now he is playing club and he loves it! We love watching him and are so excited for this season! We spend A LOT of time at baseball fields and go through many snacks. The moms eat bags of sunflower seeds and my daughter has her own bag of snacks, so it got me thinking about new snacks to make for games. My son’s team has been practicing for awhile now, so we are really glad that games start today. He has a double header and we are going to be at the field for hours, so I made Peanut Butter & Jelly Popcorn for today’s games! I also found a new way to make the popcorn. I put the kernels in a brown paper bag and fold the bag over twice, for about 3 minutes in the microwave. It works great! Peanut Butter & Jelly Popcorn is a quick and easy snack to make and perfect for kids and adults!
