Candy Heart Picture Frames are super cute! They are a fun project to do with children and they make great Valentine’s Day gifts for loved ones. Before I became a stay at home mom, I was an elementary school teacher for seven years, teaching kindergarten through second grade. It was always fun to do holiday crafts with my students and since I love using photos in my projects, I created Candy Heart Picture Frames. Teachers receive a strip of school pictures for each child and I would use those on top of heart doilies for this project. The parents loved getting these sweet gifts every year! I have now been making Candy Heart Picture Frames with my own children, and we give them to grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and daddy for his office. My kids enjoy making these frames and gluing on all the hearts. We choose our favorite photos, as well as candy hearts with specific sayings, and put together a colorful and sweet little gift!
Supplies needed: candy hearts, photo, craft/popsicle sticks, construction paper, glue
Directions: Glue 4 craft sticks in a square, on construction paper. Cut off excess construction paper on the outside of the square. Cut out a photo to fit in the middle of the frame (You can also cut the photo out in the shape of a heart). Glue the photo on the construction paper, in the middle of the frame. Glue candy hearts on the craft sticks. Let the hearts/glue dry completely.

Thank you Diana! It would be great to seal them. Please let me know if you think of a way to do that!!!
