This CHERRY LIMEADE SANGRIA comes together FAST with just five ingredients!
One of my very favorite things to make for parties . . . . or anytime (!!!) is sangria! It’s like a blank slate that you can do so much with! Wine, more booze, and some of your favorite flavors, and suddenly you have a whole new drink that can feed a crowd.
Okay, maybe not feed a crowd . . . unless you are on a liquid diet for your party, which is something I can totally get behind. #nojudgement.
Like so many of the sangria recipes that I love, this one comes together really really fast. You start with a bottle of white wine, you throw in a little concentrated limeade, some cherry vodka (or if you don’t feel like buying a brand new bottle of booze, just go with plain), and then throw in some frozen cherries and sliced limes, and you are good to go. Seriously. That’s it. It’s like five minutes. You can even whip up a SECOND batch during your party if need be. And you will need to.
If you want to stretch it out a little further you can always serve it with some white soda, like 7UP or Sierra Mist. And if you want to cut the sweetness a little, you could serve it with club soda. I personally, take mine straight up. If you have leftovers (you won’t), you can freeze it in a mason jar, making sure you leave a good two inches at the top to account for expanding. It freezes really well!
