These EASY BALSAMIC GLAZED CARROTS are easy enough for a weeknight meal, but delicious enough to entertain with!
You guys, I’m terrible at coming up with side dishes. I would much rather come up with a one-pot meal that has my veggies, carbs, and protein all in one dish. But my family doesn’t want to eat soup for every meal. So I’ve come to realize that I really need to come up with some easy and go-to side dishes. Fast salads, easy roasted veggies, things that have veggies that my kids will also love.
These Easy Balsamic Glazed Carrots totally fit the bill! For one, they are easy. There are literally only four ingredients, and besides the carrots, they are all the same measurement. You can remember this recipe so easily! Which is totally ideal for a side dish.
But besides how easy these are, they are absolutely delicious! Sweet but with the tang of balsamic. If you aren’t a huge fan of balsamic, I urge you to still try it. They are so amazing!
