I have to admit that I love ranch dressing! I eat it with salad, pizza, veggies and almost anything fried. It goes with just about anything. And it is simple to create a unique flavor like this Buffalo Ranch Dressing.
I’m all about a basket of greasy Buffalo Wings accompanied by an ice-cold draft beer. But a gal can’t eat that on the regular. This Buffalo Chicken Salad is a great way to enjoy those flavors in a more figure-friendly way.
But don’t give up wings and beer completely. Maybe save that as a game day treat. All in moderation, right?
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ⅛ teaspoon Ground Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
- ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Parsley
- ½ teaspoon Fresh Chopped Dill
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Buffalo Wing Sauce
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until completely incorporated.
- Dressing can be served immediately but is best if refrigerated overnight.
- Serve with a salad of lettuce, carrots, celery, blue cheese and cooked chicken.
