I recently made a super delicious brunch punch for my site that was apple, raspberry, and cranberry. And my whole family loved it. It was really simple and so good I was instantly hooked on the combo of raspberries and cranberries. They just play off each other so well! They offer that sweet and sour, perfectly tart, combination. I love that they are sweet enough you are happy, without being cloying.
Because I love the combo for dessert and drinks, I couldn’t help myself making another fun punch recipe with it. This time I left the apple out! But don’t worry, it is absolutely amazing just as it is. And did I mention it is only 3 ingredients? So easy!
There is something about a punch or fun beverage at a party, especially one that can work for a crowd, and is both adult and kid-friendly, that makes me happy. This checks all those boxes. It is delicious enough adults will love it, while being alcohol-free for kids. Of course, you could always add a splash of something if you want to!
The other thing is that most of the ingredients are easy to keep on hand, which means it can be a go-to, emergency, party punch for those last minute get togethers or invites.
You use frozen cranberry juice concentrate, red raspberry juice (I used Old Orchard), and ginger ale! Then fresh raspberries and cranberries for garnish! Eazy Peazy. Now, I have a fun trick to share with you, it is my favorite drink/punch trick, but it does take a little forethought.
If you plan ahead, you can freeze your cranberries and your raspberries so that they can serve as the ice cubes for the punch and it won’t get diluted when the ice melts. But if you forget, that is okay too!
