So I love cheesecake salads! We make them quite often here in my house! My all-time favorite is my Cherry Pie one! We actually call then fluff but I’m trying to get away from the vague description of that and elaborating my vocabulary a little more, especially when it comes to this Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad recipe!

This is seriously super easy to make! And do you want to know a little secret on how this came about? Yeah, let’s just say that I had a mishap when making a no-bake cheesecake and it turned into this and we fell in love. Its fully how that works, how you can turn fails into accomplishments! And I have to say that this is one of the better ones that I have had happen!

We have made so many different types of these, we did the cherry one mentioned above, we do a S’mores version and I’ve also done a Bananas Foster one as well! But the secret and best part to these salads is the actual cheesecake crust chopped up and mixed inside the salad itself. Trust me when I say that you DON’T want to leave that part out!

So this starts with a few packages of softened cream cheese which you whip up with some powdered sugar and caramel sauce. Mix that until it’s nice and creamy and then you add heavy whipping cream. Now, this is where the magic happens, you beat that heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese until it’s nice and fluffy! You could use whipped topping if you like to cut out the steps, but I myself have never tried it.

Then you add a can of apple pie filling or homemade if you’re feeling adventurous! I particularly like using the canned kind because it cuts down on the time a little bit. Then toss it in the fridge for a few hours to set up then you stir in your broken up graham cracker crumb crust pieces!

I am a huge fan of the crust on cheesecakes so I love loading my bowl full of all the crust, my husband is the same way so we kinda fight over who gets more. In the end, I usually always win out because hey, I made it so I get more!

Anyways, this Caramel Apple Cheesecake Salad is just what you need to sweeten up your day! It’s perfect for potlucks and parties and just for sitting at home using a shovel to eat it all…well maybe that’s just me!

Mixing Bowl: These mixing bowls get used just about every day at my house. The grip handle makes them easy to hold and the pour spout makes them perfect for batters!

Hand Mixer: While I love my stand mixer, this handheld mixer is perfect for smaller recipes and when I need just a quick mix.
