My quest for the perfect pumpkin dessert continues. Did I tell you my toughest pumpkin recipe critic is my husband? He is not a big traditional pumpkin pie fan. I almost have to trick him into not realizing a dessert is made with pumpkin. For example, one year I made Pumpkin Praline Bread Pudding.  Another year I made a Pumpkin Walnut Crunch Cake.

Do you have anyone in your family like that? It can certainly make it challenging during Thanksgiving and the holidays.

However, no matter how picky my husband gets, when it comes to preparing recipes for the holidays, it must be easy. It is such a busy time of year and oven space is at such a premium that I really need a no-bake dessert. That is why this Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip with White Chocolate Chips perfect for the holidays.

It only takes 5-minutes to mix together and then you can refrigerate until you are ready to serve. It is also basically a self-serve dessert. I love that! There is no slicing and serving required. Everyone can grab a graham cracker and dig in!

While a simple Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip would be delicious, I decided to add in some yummy white chocolate chips because white chocolate and pumpkin go together so well. It adds a sweet surprise to each pumpkin cheesecake bite.

This Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Dip with White Chocolate Chips can also be served with sliced apples or other fruit, or pretzels or your favorite cookies.

Cool Whips is certainly a brand you could use if it is what is available to you.
