How’s your summer going? I’m having so much fun so far. We’ve been out to California to visit family and friends and soak up some sun, and we’ve really enjoyed having no schedule and sleeping in. The sun doesn’t set until 9:30 here in Oregon and the kids aren’t used to that so they WILL NOT go to sleep until it’s dark. I keep trying to get them to sleep earlier (so I can get to bed) but they aren’t having it. We’re still early on in our summer vacation so I’m still loving the no schedule, but come July/August I’ll be begging for school to start to get these crazy monkeys on a schedule.

My mouth was drooling when I saw this Bacon and Egg Puff Pastry Breakfast Tart from French Press.

When I saw this Polka Dot Popcorn Cake from Your Homebased Mom I knew I had to make it for Fourth of July! How great and a super simple dessert for entertaining!

I just LOVE these Red & White Bushel Baskets from A Night Owl! They are so cute and super simple! Perfect for summer entertaining.
