Side dishes are a hard one for me because it seems like I gravitate towards the same quick and easy standbys. It’s kind of hard to get out of the box. Usually I’m adventurous on my main dish but by the time I get to the unimportant side dish my brain cells and creativity are gone. I want something quick, easy, and something my family will love of course. Lucky for you I went out of my box and made these delicious Lemon Dill Potatoes. They are still quick and easy of course and the whole family will love them with their delicious butter sauce that’s infused with lemon and dill.
