Cran-Apple Sangria features the best flavors of fall in a deliciously sweet drink that everyone will love!
Well, it’s officially that time of year. Fall! Is it just me, or does it always creep up on you? I feel like once we hit the second half of summer, time speeds up and we start scrambling to pack in as much fun as possible. And then, just like that, it’s over! The kids are back in school, the leaves are starting to change, and my mind turns to (what else) fall flavors!
I start thinking about warm sandwiches and soups and baked goods with pumpkin. And inevitably I start thinking about beverages. Since sangria is always one of my favorites, I thought it might be necessary to come up with a new version for fall. And let me just say you will NOT be disappointed.
Not only is this Cran-Apple Sangria simple to make, with just 5 ingredients, but it’s also SO easy to enjoy. Who doesn’t love cranberry, apple, and sangria? Especially in Fall!
- 750 ml bottle sweet red wine
- 1/2 c. 100% cranberry juice
- 1/2 c. unfiltered apple juice
- 1/2 c. brandy
- 2 apples thinly sliced
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pitcher and stir.
- For best results, refrigerate several hours or overnight.
