Hello everyone! I am so honored to be posting on Real Housemoms. My name is Melissa Kolbeck and I blog over at Dancing for Food. I will soon be posting here on a fairly regular basis about all things fitness.
I grew up a ballet dancer and had a pretty negative relationship with food as well as a negative body image. Three years ago, I finally made a change in my life by stepping away from ballet and getting involved with other activities. I took up running and started learning how to fuel my body in the right way.
Now, I’m in a much better place with food and body image and work to help other women do the same thing in their lives. I work as a fit life coach supporting and inspiring others as they lose weight, change their eating habits, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives. It’s my true passion!
To that end, I am VERY excited to announce that I will be running a test group for a 3 day refresh cleanse starting on July 30th. This isn’t a cleanse where you can only drink juice or something crazy like that. You still get to eat! For 3 days, you’ll eat nutritious meals that are simple to prepare, give your body some extra protein and fiber, and do some physical activity.
