Moscato Strawberry and Lemon Mojitos
Moscato Strawberry and Lemon Mojitos are the most refreshing cocktails for summer, and they’ll please any crowd!

These Moscato Strawberry and Lemon Mojitos are so good. When I make my Spiked Strawberry Lemonade, I use a touch of mint, and it really brightens it up, so I thought, why not do a big mash-up and make a strawberry and lemon Mojito.
Then I was informed that today is National Moscato Day, and I had to include some in this drink. I had wanted to make a Moscato Mojito, and this was the perfect chance! I took the pictures with a strained drink. I don’t like drinking mojitos when it seems like you’re eating them. You know what I mean? Sometimes there is so much mint in the glass it’s hard to drink. I think next time I’ll do a happy medium with just a bit of the muddled mixture in my glass.
I love cocktails in the summer. It’s so great to make a drink, sit out back, and chat with my husband in the evening. Another of my favorites is this Lemon Drop Martini. The citrus flavor is so bright and amazing on a warm summer evening.
