Is everyone ready for the weekend? I sure am. We are battling the flu big time here at my house. I am the last one standing. I guess it’s good that I’m still feeling good to be able to take care of everyone else. What about you? Sick, taking care of a sicky?

I don’t have anyone in my family that is Gluten intolerant but I do try to keep it to a minimum. I am just starting try different options and incorporate it when I can but this sounds very promising and like a great option.
