Candy Corn Crunch Cookies are a great Halloween dessert idea that everyone is sure to love!
It’s almost Halloween! This means that all things ghosts, goblins, and candy corn should be overflowing from your house without holding back right now. That’s not happening at your house? Just mine? Okay. I wouldn’t say that Halloween is my faaaaavorite holiday, but it is a favorite. It is one of Zach’s all-time favorites, so that makes it a little more favorite of mine than normal. How many more times can I say the word favorite? Anyway, going along with the Halloween theme, I’m here to share with you these Candy Corn Crunch Cookies. {Which are amazing, might I add!}
The crunch comes from a secret ingredient – chow mein noodles! The great thing about chow mein noodles in desserts, is they add great texture to it, but don’t add much flavor. I love them. These cookies are crisp on the edges and chewy in the middle. The combo of the candy corn noodles is unmatched!
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup butter {I use salted}
