Don’t let these sweet, creamy Banana Almond Popsicles fool you….these babies are packed full of goodness and are sugar-free!
My family is addicted to popsicles. The kids eat way too many, so I had to get a little creative in making a healthy snacks recipes popsicle that I wouldn’t mind my kids eating all day long…even for breakfast. I think these are totally acceptable for breakfast…although I’d never admit that to my kids. And yes, I really did let my kids eat these for breakfast one morning…I was voted Best.Mommy.Ever that day!
For a little added fun, place roughly chopped almonds in the mold after pouring in the mixtures and before adding the sticks. It’s just a little extra bonus plus almonds are full of healthy fats. I love the extra crunch at the end and so do my kids. Of course, you could leave them out, but they are so good why would you want to!
Summertime screams for popsicles. Something about them is just so fun and magical….they bring back so many memories of carefree summers. I love them, so much in fact, that I did a whole popsicle series last summer that has everything from the best kids popsicle molds to all sorts of popsicles, like my favorite…the S’Mores Popsicle!
