Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish with foil and then spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. (Do not skip this step or the brownies will stick!)
In a large mixing bowl, stir the brownie mix and pumpkin puree together until smooth. Set aside.
Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish in an even layer. Gently press the Oreos into the cookie dough layer, fitting as many cookies as you can side by side.
Top the Oreos with the salted caramel sauce. You can use as much or as little caramel as you like. I used about 1 cup. Spread the pumpkin brownie batter over the caramel.
Bake for 60 minutes. Remove the baking dish from the oven and place it on a wire rack. Cool the bars completely before cutting them into 12 squares.
Notes
Nutritional information may vary depending on the brands used and the size of the brownies.
You can use regular Oreos or Halloween Oreos with orange filling for this recipe.
If you'd like to make a smaller batch of brownies, halve the recipe and use an 8x8 square dish (bake for 40 minutes) or a 9x9 square dish (bake for 30-35 minutes).
