To a large pitcher, add the apple cider and caramel sauce. Mix well until completely combined.
Add the wine, vodka, apples, and cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the best flavor. (This sangria can be served immediately, but it tastes better if you let it rest for a bit.)
Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure each glass has some of the apples. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.
