olive oil

large shrimp
peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper
to taste

teaspoon
garlic
minced
¼
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
plus more to taste

teaspoon
lemon zest
1
tablespoon
lemon juice

tablespoons
fresh parsley
chopped
Lemon wedges
for serving
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Stir in the garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat. Add the lemon juice and parsley and toss to coat before serving warm.
Notes
You can use tail-on of tail-off shrimp, both will work just fine.
