fresh blackberries
plus more for garnish

fresh blueberries
plus more for garnish
Crushed ice

sweet and sour mix
2
ounces
silver rum
1
ounce
triple sec
2
ounces
7UP lemon-lime soda
Fresh mint
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Place the berries in the bottom of a stemless wine glass and top with crushed ice. Muddle the berries into the ice to break them up.
Fill a cocktail shaker and pour in the sweet and sour mix, rum, and triple sec. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
Strain the cocktail over the mashed berries and ice. Top with 7UP to fill the glass.
Garnish with blueberries and blackberries on a cocktail pick and a mint sprig if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use frozen berries if fresh aren't in season, just be sure to defrost them first.
