Russet potatoes
peeled and cut into fries

olive oil

Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread the fries out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle the oil over the potatoes and toss until they are evenly coated.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. The fries are ready when they are tender and golden brown.
Remove the fries from the oven. Immediately season with Old Bay Seasoning and salt and toss to coat. Serve warm.
