Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss until evenly coated. Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes. Flip each wing and bake for another 15 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees F internal temperature).
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the wings to a large mixing bowl. Add the butter and lemon pepper seasoning to the bowl and toss until the butter is melted and the wings are seasoned.
If desired, return the wings to the baking sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until extra crispy.
Remove the wings from the oven. Season with salt to taste before serving warm.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat wings in the oven at 450 degrees F for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
