Add the mayo, Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, green onion, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a food processor bowl. Cover and run until the dressing is smooth.
Add the chicken and celery to a medium mixing bowl. Add about 1 ½ cups of the dressing and mix until the chicken is evenly coated. You can add more dressing as desired.
Serve as is or cover the bowl and chill until ready to serve. For sandwiches, place a couple of lettuce leaves over a slice of bread. Add 1 ½ cups of chicken salad onto the lettuce and top with the other slice of bread. Serve immediately.

The green goddess dressing can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week. The dressing recipe makes about 2 cups.
