Instructions
Add the frozen corn, cream cheese, parmesan, milk, half & half, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sugar to a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Then, stir until all of the ingredients are well combined.
Recover and cook for 1 more hour.
Add the chives and stir the corn once more. Serve warm with your favorite meals.
