Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take the crescent roll dough out of the tube and unroll it onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a rolling pin (or your hands), gently roll it out ⅛-inch thick.*If the dough is perforated for individual rolls, pinch all of the seams together.
Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edge. Top evenly with parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and then the pepperoni slices. Sprinkle the dried oregano all over the pizza.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 2-3 minutes before cutting into 12 squares. Serve warm.
Notes
Crescent roll dough comes in either a tube with 8 rolls or a tube with 1 sheet. Both options will work for this recipe.
