Ingredients

ounces
imitation crab
or jumbo lump crab meat
10
ounces
frozen peas
thawed
8
strips
bacon
cooked and crumbled
½
cup
mayonnaise
¼
teaspoon
onion powder
(I use a heaping spoonful)
Salt and pepper
to taste
Fresh dill
for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, gently stir the crab, peas, and bacon together.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the mayonnaise and onion powder until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and stir together until evenly coated. Seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh dill sprig before serving, if desired.
Notes
This salad can be served immediately, but letting it chill will help the flavors develop.
