Place a large skillet over medium heat. Coat the inside with non-stick cooking spray or grease with 1/2 tablespoon of butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Bisquick, brownie mix, milk, and eggs until completely combined.
Pour 1/4 cup scoops of pancake batter into the hot pan, leaving room for the batter to spread between the pancakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles are forming around the edges.
Flip the pancakes over and continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet with butter before each round.
Stack the pancakes on individual plates. Top each stack with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles. Serve immediately.
