Instructions
Add the ice cream, eggnog, brandy, rum, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a blender.
Cover and blender until smooth and combined. Pause and stir as needed.
Divide the milkshake evenly between two glasses. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and a pirouette cookie, if desired.
