Dress up your holiday table deliciously with easy-to-make Cranberry Butter. The beautiful magenta color looks so festive, and the sweet tang of cranberries combined with creamilicious butter is a perfect spread for breads, pancakes, and just about anything you can think of!
- 8 ounces unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
In the bowl of a food processor, combine 8 ounces softened butter with 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce. Pulse until smooth and combined.
Store cranberry butter in the fridge, covered, for up to a week. Enjoy!
NOTE: Cranberry Butter is best served at room temperature, so be sure to set it out on the counter to warm up a little before using.
