Ingredients
¼cupfinely diced marinated artichoke heartsin a jar
¼cupmini pepperoni slices
¼cupfinely diced red peppers
¼cupfinely diced yellow peppers
¼cupfinely diced salami
¼cupfinely diced mozzarella cheese
¼cupsliced black olives
¼cupsliced green onions
¼cupgrated fresh Parmesan cheese
2Tbschopped flat leaf parsley
¼cupartichoke marinadefrom the jar
Toasted baguette slicesfor serving
Instructions
Place all diced ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and stir to combine. Drizzle artichoke marinade over all ingredients and toss again making sure all is coated with marinade. I like to let mine chill for at least an hour. Serve on toasted baguette slices. Enjoy!
