Slow Cooker Mushroom Round Steaks and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef round steaks
  • 2-3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 .87-oz packets brown gravy mix
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  • Place the round steaks into a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Add the mushrooms on top. In a small bowl whisk together the gravy packets and water until smooth. Pour the gravy mixture over the mushrooms and round steaks. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours without opening the lid while it cooks. Stir. Serve and enjoy!
