Slow Cooker Mushroom Round Steaks and Gravy

Ingredients

beef round steaks
2-3
cups
sliced mushrooms

.87-oz packets brown gravy mix
1 ½
cups
water
Instructions
Place the round steaks into a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
Add the mushrooms on top. In a small bowl whisk together the gravy packets and water until smooth.
Pour the gravy mixture over the mushrooms and round steaks.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours without opening the lid while it cooks.
Remove steaks to dinner plates. Give gravy a stir before pouring over steaks and mashed potatoes.
