bourbon whiskey
Ice
Instructions
Add the lemon, simple syrup, and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together.
Pour in the bourbon and add a scoop of ice.
Cover the shaker and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice on the rim. Serve immediately.
